Water softener plant
Stop scale before it starts
Hard water contains dissolved calcium and magnesium. When it is heated or evaporates, these minerals form a hard white scale that builds up inside boilers, heat exchangers, pipes and appliances.
A softener plant uses ion-exchange resin to swap hardness minerals for sodium ions. When the resin is saturated, it regenerates automatically with a salt solution and is ready to soften again — no manual work required.

It depends on use. For boilers and many processes even moderate hardness causes scale, so we test your water and match the softener to your target.
How often does a softener regenerate?
That depends on hardness and water usage. Automatic softeners regenerate by time or volume without any manual work.
What salt should I use?
Clean, refined salt designed for softeners. Low-quality salt leaves residue in the brine tank and valve.
How long does the resin last?
With proper pre-filtration and regular service, softener resin generally lasts several years before replacement.
