A trusted partner
Homes, factories, hospitals and institutions across Bangladesh rely on our plants for safe water every day. We treat every project as a long-term relationship, not a one-time sale.
Say goodbye to yellow water, rust stains and metallic taste. Our iron removal plants oxidise and filter iron and manganese for homes, buildings and factories.

Iron removal plant
Iron is one of the most common water problems in Bangladesh. Groundwater in many areas contains dissolved iron well above the recommended limit. It looks clear when first pumped, then turns yellow or orange once it meets air in the tank.
An iron removal plant (IRP) converts the dissolved iron into solid particles and filters them out before the water reaches your taps. The result is clear water, cleaner bathrooms and plumbing that lasts much longer.
Why clients rely on us
Homes, factories, hospitals and institutions across Bangladesh rely on our plants for safe water every day. We treat every project as a long-term relationship, not a one-time sale.
We select vessels, membranes, media and pumps that suit local water conditions, and we test the treated water before handover so you can see the result for yourself.
RO, UF, ion exchange, multimedia filtration, UV and automated controls — we combine proven technologies into a plant that is efficient to run and simple to operate.
Iron Removal Plant Service
Not sure what is in your water?
Book a water testUnderstanding iron
Iron is not usually toxic at typical levels, but it affects almost everything water touches — and it quietly damages downstream equipment such as RO membranes and softener resin.
Leaves brown marks on clothes, tiles, sinks and sanitary fittings.
Gives drinking water and food an unpleasant metallic taste.
Iron deposits narrow pipes and reduce water pressure over time.
Shortens the life of pumps, geysers and washing machines.
Encourages slimy growth and bad smells in tanks and lines.
Clogs RO membranes and softener resin, raising maintenance cost.
Treatment stages
The method is chosen according to the iron level and water chemistry in your test report.
Aeration or controlled dosing converts dissolved iron into solid particles.
A retention tank gives the reaction time to complete.
Special catalytic or sand media traps the iron particles.
The filter cleans itself on a schedule to restore flow.
Optional carbon or softener stages finish the water.
What we do
Complete support for new and existing plants — whatever the brand or capacity.
Plants engineered for your water report, flow rate and space, then installed and commissioned by our own technicians.

Ask about this serviceWhy install an IRP
No more yellow water in tanks, buckets or bathtubs.
Cleaner clothes, tiles and fittings with far less scrubbing.
Cooking and drinking water without a metallic flavour.
Pipes, pumps and appliances stay free of iron deposits.
Automatic backwash means very little day-to-day attention.
Protects RO plants and softeners installed after the IRP.
Our solutions
Sized for a single household or an entire industrial site.
A compact vessel for independent houses and small buildings.
Treats the full supply before it reaches the overhead tank.
High-flow systems for factories and process water.
Ideal for very high iron levels found in some districts.
Chemical oxidation for water with difficult chemistry.
Combined treatment where both contaminants are present.
Sectors & systems
We design, install and service a wide range of treatment systems.
Turns raw ground or surface water into safe drinking water for communities, offices and bottling units.
Removes dissolved salts, arsenic and other contaminants using high-pressure membranes.
Oxidises and filters iron and manganese to stop yellow water, stains and bad taste.
Exchanges calcium and magnesium to prevent scale in pipes, boilers and appliances.
Produces near-pure water through cation and anion exchange for industrial processes.
Conditions feed water to protect boilers from scale and corrosion.
Treats industrial wastewater so it meets discharge standards.
Biologically treats domestic sewage from buildings, housing projects and factories.
Complete systems for mixed industrial, commercial and residential wastewater.
Vehicle or skid-mounted units for emergencies, remote sites and temporary projects.
Filtration and disinfection that keep pool water clear and hygienic.
Reuses water from basins, showers and laundry for flushing and gardening.
High-purity water for manufacturing that must meet strict quality limits.
RO, DM and cooling water systems for captive and utility power plants.
Separates oil from water for workshops, depots and marine facilities.
Compact under-sink and countertop purifiers for everyday drinking water.
Why choose us
Every IRP we install is designed from an actual water test, so it removes iron effectively without unnecessary cost. Our technicians install, commission and service the plant, and we keep replacement media and valves in stock.
Call us or send an enquiry — we will test your water and recommend the right iron removal solution.
Yellow water and brown stains are the usual signs. A simple water test confirms the exact iron level so the plant can be sized correctly.
Some media remove a portion of arsenic along with iron, but where arsenic is present we recommend a combined system designed for both.
Automatic plants backwash themselves, usually every one to three days depending on iron level and water use.
An IRP removes iron, not bacteria or dissolved salts. For drinking, we recommend adding a purifier, UV or RO after the IRP.
Share your water report or book a free site survey. We will recommend the right system and send a clear proposal.
